- Spouse eligibility verification reminder: If you elect to cover your spouse on a medical plan, you will need to complete the Spouse Coverage Verification Form.

What's new for 2027?
- Two medical plan choices: Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan or the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP).
- More vision choices: Sun Life will offer two vision plans, with new frames available every year.
